1. Definitions

In this document, “Last Bad Trip”, “the Agency”, “we” or “us” refers to LASTBADTRIP.FR L.L.C F-Z as indicated above. “The Client”, “you” or “your” refers to any individual or legal entity booking a service through the Agency. “Group” means all persons included in a single booking.

2. Quotation, Booking and Acceptance

  • The quotation is strictly valid for 48 hours from its date of issue. After this period, prices and availability are no longer guaranteed.
  • The receipt of the first deposit automatically validates the quotation and constitutes unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
  • The booking becomes effective upon (i) written validation of the quotation, and (ii) receipt of the first deposit of 60%.
  • The group leader is responsible for communication with all group members and for all contractual obligations.

3. Payment Terms

  • Deposit required: 60% of the total quotation amount, with no fixed minimum.
  • The deposit or balance payment by SEPA transfer may be made by several participants, provided that the associated booking number is clearly indicated to ensure proper allocation.
  • Full balance: due no later than 30 days before the arrival date, to be paid exclusively by SEPA transfer using the bank details provided by the Agency. All banking information must be accurate; the Agency cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect bank details.
  • Payment by credit card via Stripe is also possible, subject to an additional 3% fee applied to the total amount paid.
  • Any delay, partial payment or non-compliance will automatically result in the cancellation of the booking. In such cases, the deposit will be retained by the Agency and is non-refundable.

4. Invoicing

  • Only a final and fiscally valid invoice will be issued after full payment of the balance.
  • This invoice includes:
  • LastBadTrip.fr logo
  • Complete legal contact details of the Agency
  • Client identification
  • Detailed description of booked services (activities, accommodation, transfers, etc.)
  • VAT at 0%, in accordance with the tax regime applicable in Dubai/UAE.

5. Travel Documents and Client Obligations

  • Each participant must hold valid travel documents (passport, national ID card, required visas) valid for the entire duration of the stay.
  • The Agency disclaims all responsibility for denied boarding, activity access refusal, or border entry refusal due to invalid, expired, or missing documents.
  • No refund or rescheduling will be granted in such cases.

6. Modifications and Cancellations (by Client)

  • Any modification or cancellation request must be submitted in writing (email) to jeremy@lastbadtrip.fr.
  • Requests will not be considered if received less than 30 days prior to the start date of the stay.
  • Before this deadline, modifications or cancellations are possible; however, the deposit remains retained by the Agency and is non-refundable.
  • After 30 days before the trip, no modification, cancellation, or reduction in participants or services will be accepted, and the entire quotation amount remains payable.
  • Any reduction in services results in the cancellation of any incentives, discounts, or promotional benefits granted initially.
  • Failure to show up (“no show”) is considered a late cancellation and will be invoiced in full.

7. Modifications or Cancellations by the Agency

  • In case of force majeure or circumstances beyond the Agency’s control (strike, weather, administrative decision, epidemic, etc.), the Agency reserves the right to:
  • Propose an equivalent service or accommodation/supplier of similar standard;
  • Refund affected services within 30 days if the client refuses the proposed alternative.
  • Outside these cases, the Agency’s liability is strictly limited to the total amount of the contract.

8. Services & Billing

  • A single final invoice is issued covering all booked services (accommodation, activities, transfers, etc.).

9. Accommodation

  • Accommodation is booked in the name of the group or main client.
  • Any damage, loss or related charges are the responsibility of the group.
  • In case of unavailability or force majeure, the Agency will provide an alternative accommodation of equivalent standard where possible.

10. Respect of Schedules and Delays

  • Observance of the schedules communicated for activities and transfers is the responsibility of the group.
  • Delays exceeding 30 minutes may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service without refund.
  • The group must inform the Agency in advance of any delays or unforeseen circumstances.

11. Transfers and Flights

  • Flight tickets are not included and remain the responsibility of the client/group.
  • Any modification, loss, absence or delay impacting transfers does not entitle the client to any refund or automatic rescheduling.

12. Conduct and Sanctions

  • Any illegal, aggressive behavior, or behavior under influence of alcohol or drugs, or causing disturbance to public order, will result in immediate exclusion of the participant without refund.
  • The Agency may notify the relevant authorities and charge for any damages caused.
  • No accommodation or substitute services will be guaranteed in such cases.

13. Liability and Insurance

  • The Agency acts as an intermediary for package travel and its liability is limited to the total amount paid unless gross negligence or willful misconduct is proven.
  • The client/group must subscribe to travel insurance covering cancellation, accident, illness, repatriation, civil liability and theft.
  • Claims must first be submitted to the main service provider, then to the Agency within 15 days after the stay.

14. Data Protection

  • Personal data collected is used solely for contract execution in compliance with applicable UAE regulations.
  • The client may exercise their rights of access, correction, or deletion by emailing jeremy@lastbadtrip.fr.

15. Official Communication

  • Only written communications sent to jeremy@lastbadtrip.fr by the group leader will be considered valid for all requests, modifications, cancellations or claims.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This contract is exclusively governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).
  • Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai (UAE).

17. Miscellaneous

  • The partial invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
  • Any modification to these Terms must be in writing and signed by both parties.
  • Acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the initial deposit constitute full contractual commitment to these GTC as of the payment date.
